Background
Visions by JW is an editorial photography studio serving brands, creators, and modern professionals, based in South Florida and available worldwide. The business had a growing reputation, but the way it showed up online, and the systems behind the scenes, weren't keeping up with that momentum. This engagement brought three Actif divisions together to strengthen the foundation: Learning, Innovation & Strategic Ventures on positioning and growth strategy, Frontier on the technology rebuild, and Information Technology on the infrastructure to scale without friction.
The Challenge
