Our Story
Complex business problems rarely arrive neatly labeled. The company that needs a new accounting system almost always needs a new IT setup. The non-profit that needs a grant written also needs someone to form the 501(c)(3). The business owner weighing a technology overhaul usually needs a financial partner to pressure-test the numbers.
The traditional answer has been to hire three different firms that don't talk to each other. Coordination falls on the client. Gaps become the client's problem. Results become unpredictable.
Consulting should connect the dots, not create more of them.
That's the firm we built. Four specialized divisions, Frontier, Information Technology, Learning, Innovation & Strategic Ventures, and Finance, collaborating under one roof. Modern workflows and automation handle the heavy lifting, so our consultants spend their time on strategy, relationships, and the decisions that actually move the needle.
Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, we serve clients in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County, Oakland, San Francisco, and the wider region. Most collaboration happens online, with a dedicated point of contact and regular check-ins. In-person sessions can be arranged when they add value to the engagement.
